Coffee May Protect Against Stroke

Not to sound breathless about the latest health news about coffee, but UCLA has recently released a research alert regarding coffee and stroke risk.
UCLA analyzed national health survey data and found that, in the adult population, stroke (and other vascular risk factors) decrease as the number of daily cups of coffee increase.  Yippee!
