That is a cool little video. I think she is using organic milk. Hooray! You probably consider this sacrilege, but can cafe au lait be made with soymilk? I drink my coffee black, but cafe au lait always looks like so much fun.

The French press is the best way to get a good strong cup of coffee. Cafe au Lait is delicious, and I thought it would be more complicated than this to make. I think I’ll have to get out a few pots and some milk and sugar! Too bad I don’t have cubes, so I’m “barbaric” according to the video.
